Affiliate Program – Terms of Use

Welcome to the Urafat Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate for Urafat.ng, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Affiliate Terms of Use agreement. Please read this document carefully before joining our program.

1. Overview

Urafat’s Affiliate Program allows approved partners to promote our luxury African clothing and earn commissions on qualifying sales. These terms govern your participation and outline the responsibilities and limitations of being an affiliate.

2. Eligibility

To join our affiliate program, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Have an active online platform (website, blog, social media, etc.) that aligns with our brand values.
  • Not promote content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Accurately represent Urafat products and brand.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities conducted under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Commissions and Payouts

  • You will earn a percentage of the net sale value (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts) for each qualifying purchase made via your unique affiliate link.
  • Commission rate: 10% per sale
  • Payments are made monthly via PayPal/Bank Transfer/, once your earnings reach the minimum payout threshold of N50,000.
  • Payouts are processed 3 days after the end of the month, to allow for order verification and refund period.
  • Sales that are canceled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent will not earn commission.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) that directly targets the Urafat brand name, URLs, or trademarked terms.
  • Falsely represent themselves as Urafat or create misleading content.
  • Use spam tactics (e.g., mass emails, comment spamming, fake followers).
  • Offer unofficial discounts or coupon codes.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

6. Use of Marketing Materials

Urafat may provide promotional materials such as banners, product images, and text. These assets may be used only to promote Urafat in a positive and brand-aligned manner. Do not alter or misuse these materials in ways that misrepresent the brand.

7. Tracking and Attribution

We use cookies and referral tracking tools to track affiliate sales. We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by users disabling cookies, clearing browser data, or switching devices.

8. Termination

You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by notifying us in writing. Urafat also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without prior notice if we believe a violation of these terms has occurred or for any reason deemed necessary.

Upon termination, all links must be removed from your platforms. You will only receive commissions earned up to the date of termination if they are not associated with fraudulent or canceled transactions.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Urafat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits, arising from participation in the affiliate program.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
